The Sisters of Parvos are Corpus super soldiers that work under Parvos Granum. Sought out as Candidates by Vala Glarios, the Sisters seek to fulfill Parvos's desire in having a reliable sibling, and are armed with advanced Tenet weaponry and Hound companions.

1. Steps to Create a Sister's of Parvos

Complete “The War Within” Quest: Before you can start dealing with Kuva Liches, you need to be Mastery Rank 5 and complete The War Within and Call of the Tempestarii quests. Ensure you do not have an active Kuva Lich.

1. Enter the Granum Void found on Corpus Ship tilesets using a Zenith Granum Crown at a Golden Hand Tribute.
2. Battle Errant Specters and reach at least Rank 1 within the Granum Void.
3. A Candidate will spawn within the level. Down the Candidate and perform a Parazon Mercy kill to create a Sister.
4. When you find your sister, do not just go stabbing it. Look above it and see if that's the weapon you want. If it is; stab and extract. IF it's NOT the one you want you ignore it and extract. If you abort the mission that weapon stays in the queue and will return. By Extracting, it removes the weapon from the queue.

Identify the Sister’s Influence

Your Sister will start to influence certain planets, stealing a portion of your loot from missions in those areas. It appears as a bloody red fog around the planet's atmosphere. The planets it will influence are, in order: Venus, Jupiter, Neptune, and Pluto, before inevitably fleeing to the Neptune Proxima.

Requiem mods

To defeat a Sister of Parvos, you need Requiem Mods, which can be obtained from Requiem Relics. These relics can be farmed from Kuva Siphon and Kuva Flood missions, which appear on your Alerts tab in Navigation. You'll need to equip the correct sequence of Requiem Mods on your Parazon to weaken the Lich. Experiment with different combinations to find the correct order.

Defeating the Sister

Engage the Sister in combat. If you fail to defeat it, she will rank up and become stronger, and flee to the next planet. Once you have the correct sequence of Requiem Mods, use your Parazon to drain the Immortality. You can either convert or vanquish your Sister. If you convert your Lich, they will be an ally that appears in missions with you when you're struggling for a limited amount of time. If you vanquish her, you kill her and obtain her weapon (and an Ephemera/Hound if she has one). With either option you choose, you'll still get all the items she stole back to you.
