Creation
To create a Technocyte Coda, players need to pick up a unique item dropped by Infested enemies in 1999 missions and run the Technocyte-Coda.exe command on a virus-riddled PC. This will initiate the creation of a Technocyte Coda.
Strategy:
Drawing out the Technocyte Coda: Members will randomly appear in 1999 missions.
Combat:
Unlike Kuva Liches or Sisters of Parvos, the Technocyte Coda uses an “Antivirus” threshold bar. Using Antivirus Mods obtained from 1999 Bounties will speed up the process. As with the two other types of litches, you will employ the same strategy of matching the correct mod to a matching pattern that the system randomly generates. However, coda litches differ because you only need to get one mod correct on a take-down attempt. There are eight antivirus mods, and 4 potency mods that are used on your parizon. Because of this, after you find the correct anti-virus, you can run 2 potency mods along with the antivirus in the parizon slots for the remaining missions until the glitch retreats to the Earth Proxima.
Final Confrontation:
Once the Antivirus threshold decreases to 0%, the adversary flees to the Earth Proxima, appearing in a node dubbed “Technocyte Coda Confrontation”.
Rewards:
Vanquishing a Technocyte Coda will drop a unique currency that can be used to purchase powerful Coda weapons from Eleanor. Additionally, players can earn unique Coda weapons and customizations.
Tips for Success:
- Preparation: Equip Antivirus Mods before heading into battle.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with your squad to effectively lower the Antivirus threshold.
- Persistence: Stay persistent and adaptable to the challenges each Coda member presents.
- Run 3 anti-virus mods for each attempt until you find the correct one.
- Run with a squad or with randoms for farming progress towards the antivirus threshold bar.
- Run the show down solo to reduce the mission time, running it with radoms will make the confrontation mission time significantly longer.
- Use immortal Warframes or Warframes that can fly to cheese the showdown. Immortal Warframes such as Reavnent or Barruk are great choices. Warframes such as zephyr, jade, or titania can fly over the AOE in the encounter and dodge the laser beams.
- Utilize icarnon or coda weapons to quickly confront litches and adds. Litches are like bosses in the game and share the bosses' reduced vulnerability to status types. Weapons with a high crit chance and crit damage, such as Burston, Torid can do massive amounts of damage to these types of enemies.
