The Sanctum Anatomica is a mysterious and intriguing location introduced in the Whispers in the Walls update. It offers unique NPCs, bounties, and secrets.

1. Introduction to the Sanctum Anatomica

The Sanctum Anatomica is an underground research enclave located beneath the Necralisk on Deimos. It is the main research hub of the prominent Orokin scientist, Albrecht Entrati. In the Sanctum Anatomica, you’ll find NPCs, vendors, and various activities related to the Cephalons, Cavia, and their mysterious technology.

2. NPCs in the Sanctum Anatomica

Loid

Loid is one of the first characters you meet during the Whispers in the Walls quest. He remains in the laboratory, dedicated to finding his master, Albrecht Entrati. He offers the following services to the player:

1. Exchange Voca for Cavia Standing: You can sell any Voca (Echo Voca, Bellow Voca, or Shrill Voca) to get Cavia Standing.
2. Trade for Voca: Loid allows you to trade resources obtained from Deimos (including the Laboratories) to purchase different types of Voca, providing an alternative way to get Voca asides from exploring the Laboratories.
3. Arcane Dissolution: Loid can dissolve Arcanes, allowing you to turn any unused Arcanes into Vosfor, which is used to purchase Arcane Collections from Loid. which include three random Arcanes from the chosen collection. Each collection costs 200 Vosfor and 50,000 Credits. The Arcanes include drops from Common, Uncommon, and Rare tables.

Fibonacci

Fibonacci acts as the leader of the Cavia, and is one of the three failed experiments of Albrecht Entrati that you meet in the Sanctum. He's a giant Norg that offers you bounties, and manage your standing with him.

Bird 3

Bird 3 is the main Cavia vendor in Sanctum Anatomica. Visit Bird 3 to purchase various items using Cavia Standing, such as Melee Arcanes and adapters, the Helminth Coalescent segment, Qorvex blueprints, Grimoire blueprints, Ekhein blueprints, Captura scenes, decorations, focus lenses, Necramech mods, and sigils.

Tagfer

Tagfer is the last known Cervulite due to his mate, Minn, being lost in a trip to the void to appease the Indifference. He acts as the Netracell vendor. You can play the Netracell mission up to 5 times a week to get Archon shards and other valuable items.
